- Suzanne Hollander is Professor Real Estate. Suzanne takes students on a fast paced journey through high-stake documents and shows them how to avoid the dangers of sneaky legalese, decipher important issues, beware of financing schemes and be brave to deal with government. Suzanne’s lectures come straight out of her up-to-the minute experience as a realtor and previously as a general counsel and project developer building skyscrapers and directing zoning and entitlements. She exclusively represents multi-millions of dollars worth of properties in Downtown Miami and the Miami River. After a classroom journey with Suzanne, students gain the power to tackle real estate deals and take the next step towards building their own wealth and independence through real estate. Suzanne has placed many of her students in real estate jobs. Suzanne graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College and earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. The City of Miami qualified Suzanne to be a lobbyist.

It was really great experience. I gain very valuable information. When I came to the tour i had small misconception of what really Federal Reserve does, but not anymore.

Hi Jennifer - Yes! I like to teach real estate both in and out of the classroom! The best application of what you learn is to the real "real estate" world...and thats the reason that we have the hands on real estate tours - where we can see, feel and touch the real estate and really understand.
